Overview

This section includes several of my career and academic work samples that I believe demonstrate human performance improvement competencies. Please find the work samples using the dropdown arrow at the top or by selecting the hyperlinks below.

This work sample demonstrates my application of the ADDIE model and was used as one of three work sample to successful earn my Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) certification.


This work sample was primarily a non-training solution. I believe that it demonstrates my ability to solve systemic organizational gaps.

I have years of experience designing integrated solutions that provide performance support in the flow of work. I designed some of the most engaging learning content using DAS tools.

I lead a team of four evaluators to systematically assess how well a company was using WalkMe to provide training and performance support in Salesforce.

I worked with a partner to design a change management plan for a client that was implementing learner personas.


This work sample demonstrates my ability to design infographics and job aids. I used a variety of tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint to design these assets.


Videos that I designed and edited as part of communications or learning strategies are located here. I used Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition to design the videos.


I designed, interviewed, and analyzed the data asking folks about the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it had on their lives.
